Krystal Churcher is a childcare operator, advocate, and entrepreneur who launched her first childcare center in rural Alberta in 2014. Her private childcare centers have earned recognition for their exceptional quality, diverse programming, and award-winning early learning environments. Krystal is a leading voice in childcare advocacy in Alberta, serving as the Chair of the Alberta Association of Childcare Entrepreneurs and co-chair of the National Committee on Childcare Reform, collaborating with operators across Canada. Additionally, she is a member of the ELCC Implementation Committee and has been invited to speak to both the Parliamentary Committee and the Senate on early learning and childcare. She has been instrumental in supporting operators with securing grants, navigating the licensing process, and successfully managing their centers.
